Refund policy
At LumirDecor, every 3D LED Night Light is crafted with care and personalized just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy is as follows.
1. Non-Returnable Items: All Sales Are Final for Custom Products
Because each lamp is made-to-order with your specific custom text we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
We cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind.
- Spelling errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
- Ordering the wrong character or design.
Please double-check all personalization details (especially spelling) before finalizing your order.
2. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
* Defective (e.g., the light is not working).
* Damaged during shipping.
* The wrong item (e.g., you received a different character than you ordered).
To report an issue, please contact us at lumirdecor.com@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number.
2. A clear description of the issue.
3. Photos and/or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Once we evaluate the issue and confirm the fault is on our end, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. We will not require you to return the original defective or damaged item.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel your order or change the personalization details, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this 12-hour window, your custom lamp will likely have entered the production phase, and we will be unable to accommodate any cancellations or changes.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period for the European Union does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. As all LumirDecor products are custom-made, they are exempt from this right of withdrawal.
5. Refunds (Only for Approved Cases)
In the rare event that we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective or damaged item, we will issue a full refund.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
