Thank you for visiting and shopping at LumirDecor! We are thrilled to create a unique, personalized 3D LED Night Light just for you. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time (Crucial for Custom Products)
All our lights are made-to-order, especially those with custom text engravings. This means we create your unique piece only after you place your order.
* Processing & Production Time: Please allow 3 - 7 business days for us to produce your custom lamp. This includes design setup, engraving, quality checks, and careful packaging.
* Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays in Vietnam.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship internationally from our workshop in Vietnam to customers all around the world.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on your location and the weight of the package.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect the following delivery estimates:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal service delays, or holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LumirDecor is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at the customer's expense.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Lost Packages: If you believe your package is lost and the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
